RP Graphite Electrodes
RP graphite electrodes, referred to moulded columns of graphite, are used as the high temperature conductive material for electric arc furnaces. Regular power graphite electrodes are specified with allowable current density less than 17 A/cm². The quality of the graphite electrode determines the productivity and cost of EAF steelmaking.

HP Graphite Electrodes
The HP in its name stands for High Power, indicating its high current-carrying capacity and thermal conductivity. HP graphite electrode is mainly used for high power electric arc furnaces with the current density range of 18–25 A/cm². The Diameters Range From 200mm to 600mm.

UHP Graphite Electrodes
UHP graphite electrode is mainly used for ultra high power electric arc furnaces with the current density greater than 25 A/cm². Graphite electrodes are finished with a cylinder shape and machined with threaded areas at each end. Ultra high power graphite electrodes are advanced materials crucial for the steelmaking industry, particularly in electric arc furnace (EAF) steel production.

Calcined petroleum coke is a kind of petrochemical product, whose raw materials is green petroleum coke. It is widely used to produce graphite electrode, graphite blocks, brakes pads and other carbon products.It can also be used as carbon additive in some steel and aluminum plants, another, it is used in refractory, insulation, filler, etc.
